The Project Manager/Scrum Master is a pivotal role within the credit union, responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that support strategic business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
• Manage and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project status, milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, vendors, and internal partners.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation as needed.
• Consults with leadership and key stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements.
• Escalates project issues and roadblocks to management for resolution as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key third-party vendors as stakeholders in project completion.
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile Scrum teams to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and communication.
• Develops and improves Agile processes, prioritizes development and improvements, and works alongside key stakeholders to implement.
• Guides and coaches the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years related experience
• PMP Certification preferred
